New clients are encouraged to make an initial appointment by phone, text, or email.
I will email a link to my secure client portal where clients can electronically access and complete a Client Profile Form, which all new clients must complete. This form is helpful to the counseling process as the information included gives me a better understanding of who you are and what you hope to gain through counseling so that we can work more effectively toward your goals together. I ask new clients to complete the online form or bring the completed Client Profile Form with them to their initial appointment, so that we can make the most of our time together in the first session.
